SIMCOE, ON – October 9, 2014. The October 8, 2014, edition of the Port Dover Maple Leaf contained an article indicating that there would be an Open House meeting at the former Doverwood Public School commending at 7:00 pm on Thursday, October 9, 2014. Please be advised that this is in error.
The site meeting will be held at the former Doverwood Public School, as scheduled on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at 7:00 pm as outlined in the bid document.
Through a Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) bid document, Norfolk County is exploring interest in space for lease or rent that the County has at the former Doverwood Public School. The results of the EOI will be presented to Norfolk County Council for further direction.
A Respondent’s site meeting will be held for the benefit of all parties interested in submitting an EOI on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at the former Doverwood Public School. Shelley Darlington, Manager of Corporate Support Services indicated that “the purpose of the site meeting is to provide an opportunity for Respondent’s to tour the facilities and ask any questions”.
The EOI document contains a detailed list of information interested parties are required to submit in their submission.
