Norfolk County offers many services online, from applying for a building permit to paying property taxes.

The Building and Planning departments offer in-person customer service Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at 12 Gilbertson Drive in Simcoe. Visit Recreation for contact information and to learn more about programs, services and locations.

Online applications for Building, Planning and Building inspections.

Access Norfolk's online registration system for recreation programs, including summer camps and swimming lessons.

Virtual City Hall

Manage your accounts (property taxes and accounts receivable) and find and pay for parking tickets or by-law violations.
