Deposit Refund Request

Requests for a refund of a deposit paid to the County five or more years ago may be submitted using the Deposit Refund Claim Form (PDF).

Examples of the types of deposits include, but are not limited to:

  • Contractors – deposits relating to services contracted by Norfolk County. e.g. winter control
    Road Damage
  • Lot grading deposits

Requests received will be reviewed, and a refund payment will be issued if applicable.

Requests must include proof of payment (e.g., a cancelled cheque, debit card receipt, and/or a receipt issued by the County) along with the form.
