Asset Management Plans
Norfolk provides essential services for our communities, which depend on assets that must be managed effectively and maintained in good repair.
Various factors influence the management of these assets, including the cost of service delivery. This requires the County to proactively coordinate its planning to balance expenditures, services, and risk across its diversified portfolio of assets—a process referred to as Asset Management.
