By-law Enforcement
By-law enforcement ensures community safety and compliance through fair and effective regulation.
Norfolk County's By-law team will respond promptly to complaints, educate residents about community standards, and enforce compliance. They also investigate complaints, gather evidence, and prepare for court proceedings when necessary.
On evenings and weekends, the OPP can assist with several types of by-law complaints, such as parking and noise. OPP calls are handled on a priority basis.
