Check Ticket Status

Find out how to check the status of your tickets, trial information, fines, and more.

Check ticket status online

Information available online

You can find the following information about your ticket or summons:

  • How much do I owe?
  • How do I pay for my ticket?
  • Where and when is a trial scheduled?

While you can check the date and location of a scheduled trial, you cannot schedule a trial online.

To request a trial, please follow the instructions under Option 3 on the second page or the reverse side of your ticket. For more information, see the Tickets and Summons page.

You cannot check the status of tickets or fines for:

  • Criminal Matters
  • Parking Tickets
  • Cases Under Appeal
  • Cases with Publication Bans
  • Charges involving anyone under 16 years of age

Offence notice

If you have received an offence notice (also called a ticket), you will need the location code and offence number to find the information.

Summons

If you have received a summons (an order to appear in front of a Justice of the Peace), please call or email the court office for the summons number.

If you do not have this information or lost your ticket, please contact the Norfolk County-Simcoe court office.
