| Application for Extension of Time to Pay Fine | If you have been convicted of an offence, use this form to request more time to pay your fine. This form can be submitted by email, by mail, or in person at the Norfolk County - Simcoe court office. |
| Notice of Motion | If you want to bring an application before the court, please file well in advance of your court date. You can submit this form by email or in person. |
| Parking Reopening | If you missed your trial date through no fault of your own for a parking matter, you may apply to the court to reopen the case. |
| Part l and ll Appeal Process Package | This package includes all forms that may be required for a Part I or II Appeal. |

| Reopening Application |
