About Ride Norfolk

Ride Norfolk is the public transit service for Norfolk County, Ontario.

It operates an on-demand transit service available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Riders can request trips through a mobile app, website, or by phone and select their pickup and drop-off points.

The service is shared-ride, meaning multiple passengers can share the same vehicle for different destinations. Ride Norfolk also offers a fixed-route service to Brantford, with specific departure and arrival times. All buses are accessible, equipped with air conditioning and heating, and can accommodate service animals.

Riders can book using the Blaise Transit app, visit the website, or call customer service. This flexible system aims to provide convenient and efficient transportation options for Norfolk County residents and visitors.
