Norfolk County issues parking tickets and fines or penalty notices under Norfolk County Parking Regulations 2011-189 and its various amendments. Our enforcement officers promote and enforce compliance with our parking and traffic bylaws to help keep the community safe.

A reduced “Voluntary Payment” option is available for those who pay their parking ticket within 7 days. The lower fine amount is listed in red on the ticket copy. This is your least expensive payment option.
Within 15 days of receiving your ticket, you must select one of the three payment options. If you do not exercise one of these within 15 days of receiving the ticket, you will be deemed not to dispute the charge and a Clerk of the Court may enter a conviction against you in your absence. Upon conviction, additional costs will be added to the total payable.

Please allow up to 48 hours before attempting to pay a parking ticket online. The issuing officer requires time to enter the ticket information into a database so that it can be accessed for payment.
