The Norfolk County Afterschool program is returning to Delhi for the 2024-2025 school year.

Afterschool Program

Our afterschool program provides families with children in Kindergarten to Grade 6 support by offering supervised activities that support the interests, skills, and abilities of a school-aged child. Currently, this program is offered in Delhi only.

About the program

Location

St. Frances Cabrini School, Delhi. Transportation is provided for children who attend Delhi Public School. 

Dates and Times

Monday to Friday, September 3, 2024 – June 26, 2025, from school dismissal to 6 p.m.

Junior Kindergarten to Grade 6

Fees

  • $71 per child per week (5 days)*​
  • $16.25 per child per day​

How to register

Early registration

  • Early registration for returning full-time families opens on Monday, May 27 @ 1:00 p.m. by calling Customer Service.
    • Full-time registration is four or more days per week.
    • Early registration cannot be completed online. To register, you must call customer service at 519-426-5870 or 226-NORFOLK ext. 2233.

Registration

  • Registration opens to the public on Monday, June 3, at 1:00 p.m. online or by calling Customer Service at 519-426-5870 or 226-NORFOLK ext. 2233.

  • An active client account is required to register online. You can create an account or register at www.norfolkcounty.ca/ENCORE. ENCORE is best supported by using the web browser Google Chrome.

Payment plans

  • Payment plan options are available at the time of registration with a customer service representative.
  • Payment plans are not available online.

Refunds

  • No Refunds or credits will be processed. No refunds or credits for missed days unless Norfolk County cancels the program.
  • No cancelling or swapping of days.
  • Additional days can be added if space is available at $16.25 per day.
