Multi Sector Job Fair returns June 22

Looking for a job or wishing to switch positions?

Norfolk County will host the Norfolk County’s Multi-Sector Job Fair—Wednesday, June 22 from 1-6 p.m. at The Aud in Simcoe (172 South Drive).

The event is free and will give career-seekers an opportunity to explore positions in manufacturing, retail, hospitality, construction, health care, food services, skilled trades and more.

Coming off hosting a group of immigrants (most from Ukraine) that was able to tour area facilities and meet with local employers, this will be the county’s first in-person Job Fair since 2019. Close to 50 employers will be in attendance, showcasing jobs that have proved difficult to fill in recent years.

Members of the public, including recent graduates and youths interested in the trades are encouraged to attend.
