Norfolk asking residents for feedback about County website

We recently redesigned our website, and links to some pages may have changed. If you need help finding content, please contact Norfolk County's Corporate Communications team

Norfolk asking residents for feedback about County website

Norfolk is inviting residents to participate in an online testing and evaluation exercise that will help shape the navigation and organization of the County’s website, NorfolkCounty.ca, which is currently being redesigned.

The online feedback opportunity provides participants with tasks and asks them to navigate through a list of links to find the menu option to help them complete the task. Examples include “find where you would learn how to apply for a building permit” and “find the garbage collection schedule.”

This type of exercise gathers feedback that is used to improve and enhance the website’s navigation by examining what participants click on. Completing the tasks will take eight to ten minutes.

Residents interested in participating in this exciting opportunity can access the exercise at EngageNorfolk.ca/Website.

Norfolk anticipates the launch of the new website by the end of 2024.
