Notice of Public Meeting - November 5, 2024

NOTICE is hereby given that a public meeting of Council is scheduled to consider passage of a by-law proposing to close and convey a portion of the following municipal road allowance:

Concession 9, Townsend; Norfolk County (Being Part of P.I.N. 50283-0288 (LT)

• Applicants: Vernon Belmore, Yvette Belmore and Mark Van Goethem
• Date: Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024
• Time: 3:00 p.m.
• Place: Council Chambers
  Norfolk County Administration Building
  50 Colborne Street South, Simcoe, Ontario

At its meeting, County Council will hear from anyone affected by the closing. Interested parties wishing to participate electronically or in-person may register through the County’s website prior to 4:00 p.m. on December 2nd, 2024.
Interested parties may also provide written submissions prior to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 2nd, 2024.
