Notice is hereby given that a public meeting of Council is scheduled to consider passage of a 
by-law proposing to close and convey a portion of the following municipal road allowance:

Part Road Allowance on Pine Road East, Plan 436, Except Part 1, 2 37R2790, Part 1 
37R8180; Norfolk County (Being Part of P.I.N. 50116-0279 (LT)

Applicants: Elizabeth Joann Jolly, Frank William Yalaksa, John Colin Cattle, Sharon Mariette 
Cattle and Kiel Cattle

Date: Tuesday, May 6th, 2025
Time: 3:00 p.m.

Place: Council Chambers

At its meeting, County Council will hear from anyone affected by the closing. Interested parties 
wishing to participate electronically or in-person may register through the County’s website prior to 4:00 p.m. on May 5, 2025.

Interested parties may also provide written submissions prior to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, 
May 5, 2025.
