Service Disruption

Norfolk County is experiencing a Microsoft Teams phone system service disruption affecting all public-facing phone lines. Microsoft has confirmed that this is a system-wide issue impacting organizations across Canada, not just Norfolk County. Incoming calls may fail to connect or disconnect unexpectedly.

Affected areas may include:

• Administration Buildings
• ServiceNorfolk
• Norview Lodge
• Health & Social Services
• Heritage & Culture Sites
• Arenas & Recreation Centres

In addition, some staff may experience intermittent issues accessing email and other Microsoft 365 services.
