If your family or company needs a space for a holiday party, Norfolk County has plenty of options.
From Port Dover to Port Rowan, Simcoe to St. Williams, community halls and multipurpose rooms are located across the municipality. There are many different sizes of facilities and locations to choose from.
Depending on the space, amenities can include tables, chairs, wifi, kitchens, sound systems, podiums, pull-down screens, freezers, dishwashers, and more.
Residents have a few different choices when it comes to securing a space:
- Visit norfolkcounty.ca/facilitybooking, and book online via ENCORE (note that the application works best in Google Chrome). ENCORE also includes information on booking pools, parks, ice, and more.
- Call Facility Booking team at 519-426-5870 or 226-NORFOLK, extension 1016.
- Send an email to Facility.Bookings@norfolkcounty.ca.
- Come in person to the Customer Service desk at the Simcoe Recreation Centre.
Hourly rates are competitive, and non-profit organizations receive a 25% discount. Fees can be viewed in ENCORE.
