Norfolk County is developing a Corporate Communications, Engagement, and Marketing Strategy to enhance the way information is shared, community engagement is conducted, and services and programs are promoted. To ensure the strategy reflects the community’s needs and preferences, residents are invited to participate in a brief survey.

The strategy is being designed to ensure Norfolk County’s communications are clear, accessible, and effective across a variety of channels, including digital and print. It will provide a framework to guide future communication, engagement, and marketing efforts while aligning with best practices and community expectations.

Community feedback is a critical part of this process. Input gathered through the survey will help identify current preferences, barriers, and opportunities to improve how Norfolk County connects with residents, businesses, and visitors. Survey respondents will also have an opportunity to indicate an interest in joining focus groups that will further explore the community’s preferences.

How to participate:

Online: Visit engagenorfolk.ca/communications to complete the survey.

In-person: Paper copies are available at Norfolk County Administration Buildings in Simcoe and Delhi and all Norfolk County Public Library branches.

Incentive:

Participant who complete the five-minute survey can enter an optional draw to win a $100 Visa gift card.

The survey closes on January 26, 2025, and the feedback collected will help shape the strategy to ensure it meets the needs of the community.
