Norfolk County is inviting residents to help shape the future of Ride Norfolk through the development of a Transit Master Plan, set for completion in early 2025. The plan aims to create a sustainable, efficient transit service that meets the County’s evolving needs.
Feedback from an initial survey revealed key challenges, including limited-service hours, insufficient route consistency, and increasing demand for on-demand rides. Residents identified opportunities such as longer service hours, more frequent buses, expanded routes beyond Simcoe, and better alignment with work schedules.
The second survey is now open, focusing on potential solutions. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to complete and closes January 3, 2025.
