Norfolk County Community Days are back, and better than ever.
Following the success of last year’s first Community Day event, County staff have expanded the idea to last an entire week of fun for the entire family.
County facilities such as community centres, museums, libraries, fire halls, pools, arenas, and parks across Norfolk will welcome members of the community to attend free recreational and cultural activities throughout the week.
“I couldn’t be more excited for Community Days. Last year’s event was a hit and staff have done an amazing job building off of that success,” said Norfolk County Mayor Amy Martin. “Council and I are looking forward to seeing everyone enjoying activities in and about the County throughout the week.”

In addition to the concerts headlined by The Beaches on Friday, June 9, and Finger Eleven, Sloan and Bif Naked on June 10, come join local artists, tourism providers and more at the Find Your Folk Meadow as part of the AMPLIFY Norfolk initiative Tickets still available.
“Last year’s event was a hit, and we knew we needed to come back with even more options for folks to enjoy,” said Matt McGinty, Project Lead with Norfolk County. “I have no doubt that all Norfolk County residents will find something, likely many things, they’ll be interested in.”
