Training Information and Resources
All contractors, volunteers, persons who provide goods, services or facilities on behalf of Norfolk County and all persons who participate in developing policies must complete accessibility training under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), the Accessible Customer Service Regulation and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation.
The following resources have been posted to provide volunteers, vendors and service providers delivering services on behalf of Norfolk County access to accessibility training materials and resources. Documentation summarizing of the contents of the training and details of training dates and attendees must be submitted to Norfolk County upon request.
